Questions from the neighbors.
Where does Nuvizim work?
We're starting in planned neighborhoods of Minas Gerais, Brazil, and opening area by area. Join the waiting list to know when it reaches yours.
How much does it cost to buy?
Downloading and using it is free. You pay the product price and, if you choose a rider, the delivery fee shown before you pay.
Can I sell homemade food?
Yes, following your city's health rules. When you sign up you state how food is made and stored. We recommend registering as a small business (MEI).
Can I sell second-hand items?
Yes. Second-hand items have their own category, usually with pickup at the gate.
What if an order goes wrong?
Your payment is protected until delivery. You talk to the seller right in the order and, if needed, open a claim for Nuvizim to sort out.
Who is behind Nuvizim?
Nuvizim is a UNACORD brand.
